📦 Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 20 days of delivery for unopened, unused, and undamaged products in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending items back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Items not eligible for return include opened cleaning liquids, personal care items, and products damaged due to misuse.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

🚚 Exchanges
